SurePath is a web-based surety bond processing and management system that also provides the process for creating electronic bonds for submission to obligees. SurePath receives input from the agent/contractor and provides output (bond verification) to the Obligee.
Several parties are involved in the electronic bond submission process: the contractor, the Obligee and the surety agent each with its own requirements and tools.
