Google Chrome - NOT Supported

Safari - NOT Supported


Please do this step below from the login page where you see the red message. How to turn on Compatibility Mode for SurePath:

Option #1

Users on Internet Explorer 10 or 11:

  1. Please do this from our login page:
  2. Click on Tools icon:

3. Click Compatibility View Settings

4. should auto-fill, if not please enter it manually and Click Add:


  5. Close window and log in to SurePath.


Go to option 2 if this does not twork.


Option #2

Do these steps from the Log in page where it says your browser is not compatible

If you see the icon below, Click it once. (You only have to do this once, do not repeat) and Log back in. That's it.



 Option #3

If the settings above do not work, please do the following:

 From SurePath login page, click F12 on your keyboard

  1. Select Browser Mode 10 or 11 with Compatibility view or 7, 8 or 9 versions.


2. Click “F12” to finish

3. Log in to SurePath

4. Please do this once and prior to logging in to SurePath.
