Technical Support is a basic part of the SurePath Network. In other words, it's free and unlimited under our Enterprise License Plan.

IVT employs a Support Team to answer your questions, twelve hours a day during the week.  The team includes surety professionals and technical specialists.

There are two ways you can access our Technical Support Team - From 8:00am to 8:00pm Eastern Standard Time, calls are taken by our Los Angeles office.  You can contact us by calling our toll-free number at (800) 989-6417 or by emailing support@insurevision.com.

On-line - By logging on to SurePath, you can click the Support button to get to on-line user manuals, technical FAQs and hints & tips.
